For a while the idea of parallel universes captured the imagination, but the reality of our own lifespan is that we live the life we have and the life we could have and various points, decisions we made etc. So human, but we never do anything with these narratives, other than, perhaps feel luck, regret, remorse or just turning our backs to our past…
And the loss of those narratives is what drives me. I had a revelation of so many 'sliding door' moments in my life, and made a commitment to myself in future, to go with my gut every time. Wait, think thrice, then act.
